Everytime you come across into my mind
I can feel butterflies inside my tummy
I was chocking and gasping for air
The funny feeling that no one can explain
Whenever you are near
I feel numbness
I feel no fear
I feel love as the wind touches my skin
I can feel the heat of your breath
Hear the beat of your heart
Pounding and it echoes my own
The beats that break the silence
The beats that lead to my deafness
I will not hear what others might say
I do not feel anything now
Nothing but the flapping wings of the butterflies.

To dream is free
You must know what you want and focus like a camera
Take your best shot
During the olden times, we develop from the negatives,
though now is digital, but still we can delete if we wanted to,
if there are a lot of flaws.
When you dream,
Give in your initial step
OOOpppssss step by step,
Patience
Reason why we feel it is painful
Just because we look at it as a staircase and aim to climb in one go.
So when we tripped off,
it hurts
Take one step at a time.
make sure to step forward
do not march at the same place.
No matter how slow, if you do not stop
You will reach the end.

A Gaslamp
Rural life is a part of our life we should be missing
The first decade of my life
Not all in the area enjoy light bulbs
Not all household have their own fountain of water
The scarcity of resources was not an obstacle
Poverty didn't stop me from dreaming
My dream to see the city lights
Yes, I did , lived and is living in a city full of lights.
Rewinding the life's hindrances
Studying with the help of a gaslamp , sharpening pencils with a knife
I am Thankful having the basic needs of a child and a student
Unfortunately, folks from the community see the dark smoke from the gaslamp
Staining their walls, their ceiling
And not to mention, breath in the kerosene smell
Looking at the flies enjoying the light that they see in the middle of a dark farm
I am one of them, I appreciated the little light that gave me guidance at the darkest point of the night
The light i will follow whenever i feel darkness.
The little light that brought me here, to where I am and to where I am going to.

As I sit here
trying to recover from an unexplained sickness
I can see the vision of me
Dreaming, struggling, hurting
That inspite of the fact that I had tried everything
Major, minor, temporary
But still no benefit
As i sit here
I realized
I do not need to conquer it
But to accept it
...it is just a matter of acceptance
if your mind accepts it, then your body will follow
My body will learn how to deal with it.
No one can stop the pain signals
No science, no technology
but MYSELF.
And God, since he knows amongst all, I can.
